This is a pre-release beta build.

It connects to production, with real client data. Anything you change in the app is a real change to your practice's records.

It is not on Google Play yet, so it installs as a downloaded file rather than through the Play Store, and it will not update itself. The app tells you when a newer build is available.

Installing it

Requires Android 5.0 or later. The first install takes a couple of extra taps because the file comes from this site rather than the Play Store.

  1. Tap the download button above. Chrome saves the .apk file.
  2. Chrome warns that this type of file may harm your device. That warning is expected: it appears for every file Play did not distribute, and it is not a finding about this build. Choose Download anyway.
  3. Open the downloaded file — from the notification, or from Downloads.
  4. Android asks whether to allow installs from Chrome. Turn the permission on, then come back and open the file again.
  5. Tap Install, then Open, and sign in with your portal email and password.

On an iPhone?

There is no iOS app yet. The file above is for Android only and will not install on an iPhone or iPad. In the meantime, the client portal works in Safari and does everything the app does.
