Before general availability. We would rather set rates once we know what real practices use than publish a number now and revise it. Join the notification list and you will hear as soon as it is settled.

Not openly yet — we are in alpha with a small group of practices while we finish hardening the platform. We are adding practices in batches; request beta access or join the notification list and we will be in touch as places open up.

The plan is all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), with ACH bank transfer for annual billing. This will be confirmed when billing goes live.

Absolutely. Clinical Pathweaver is built with HIPAA compliance in mind. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we follow industry best practices for healthcare data security.

That is the intent for large practices, multi-clinic groups, and organizations with specific needs, and it is a conversation we would like to have during alpha so the Enterprise tier fits real requirements. Get in touch to discuss.
