Retention Schedule

This page is generated from the retention rules the system actually applies, so it cannot fall out of step with them. Our Privacy Policy links here rather than repeating these periods, because two copies of a number drift apart.

These periods are how long we keep information, not a schedule for destroying it. We are legally required to keep treatment records for a set period, which is why closing your portal account does not delete them.

Your practice holds your treatment record and decides what goes in it. If you want a copy, a correction, or an explanation of how long something is kept, contact them directly.
