Clinical Pathweaver is the client portal and mobile app your massage therapy practice uses to manage your care. This page explains how to close your portal account — in the app or on the web — and what happens when you do.
Closing your account signs you out everywhere, stops every reminder and message we send you, and removes your password. You will not be able to sign in again with that login.
Your treatment records stay with your practice. We are required by law to keep them for a set period, and closing your login does not delete them. If you return to the practice later, they can give you portal access again against your existing record.

If you can’t sign in — for example, if you no longer have the app or have forgotten your password — contact your practice directly. They can help with your account or your records. If you don’t know how to reach your practice, you can also contact us.
